These Darlings!

What is it about these darlings?

​This is the kind of "good stuff" we just love... Is it the color? Is it the texture? Is it the size??? I suppose it is all of it, dontcha think? When we see something like these little blueish- turquoise measuring cups by Nigella Lawson, we just have to have them! Which is why we HAD to start The Reincarnated Rabbit store.
Because...
A. My sister and I have soooo much of this type of stuff.
B. We want to keep buying little pretties like these.
C. We want other people to have a chance to have pretty things too.
(but mostly A & B. C just helps us keep doing A & B... T-bomb*)

But seriously... when you find something this cute AND it has a function... well that is all it takes and into the cart it goes! Our method is similar to the KonMari method, because if it SPARKS JOY then we have to have it... (oh, but now that I think about it, it kind of works in the opposite direction. OOPS! Because she is getting rid of stuff in her house unless it sparks joy, and we are bringing it into our house when it sparks joy.) Or more truthfully (another T-bomb here)... it is often going into my sisters garage right now, until we can get it in the shop. OH MAN, if Marie Kondo could see my sisters garage! And OH MAN, my sister is going to kill me for bringing that up! But it is really just full of "good stuff," so I don't know why she gets so upset about it all the time! 😉(love you sissy!!!!)

So what are your favorite joy sparkers in your home?
If you don't have any... you should get some!

I'm not suggesting you create a Mari Kondo emergency situation in your home... but a couple of pretties that make you smile... well that might be just what we all need right about now. And they don't have to cost much. We have all kind of affordable little darlings like these measuring cups in our shop... (but last T-bomb) you can find them other places too! In thrift shops, other secondhand stores, yard sales, etc. (I feel like I just broke some kind of business RULE here by saying that, but I never went to business school or anything so oh well... I just want people to have joy! And by NO means am I suggesting you should buy things to make you feel happy or that STUFF brings you happiness... but my goodness a little joy spark from a pretty measuring cup or something can't hurt every once in a while can it?)

​Just... you know... be careful... you don't want to have to end up opening a retail store to support your junk shopping habit!

Glossary: (I sorta make up a lot of words, so this is sorta necessary...)
* T-Bomb - a BIG Truth you need to lay on somebody. You can prepare them by saying something like, "Hey I got a T-bomb for ya..." and then lay it on them. It's just the nice thing to do.
